Leaving Goa and Mumbai is one of the harder things I have done if my life. After a 18 year absence I found myself oddly at home, especially with a gracious host like Karishma. We may have met in NYC through friends, but I am leaving this country with one more best friend. She took care of me when I was sick, dealt with my early am wakings, made sure I had time to run, and even burped me a couple times. She has a fiery side, which made me fear for my life, but most importantly she is more generous than me. Arranging cars, meals with special friends and including me in here in my everyday life. Its one thing to be blessed by her awesome post’s and her amazing blog’s, but I feel privileged to call someone like her one of my closest friends.
Next up: NYC, Buffalo, CT, VT, Buffalo, Bermuda and San Diego.
Friendship means understanding, not agreeing. It means forgiveness, not forgetting. It means the memories last, even if contact is lost.

Today was the first real day of vacation. I woke up to no alarm, ran as long as I wanted, took pictures when and where I pleased, got lost on purpose (above) and did not worry about the next amazing meal. The only thing I did count sadly, was the hours left in the day.
Go get lost today and find your self.
