Gpoy compliment? Possibly…
Wasted Life.
I like to think one day I will find a city that will capture not just me for the moment, but forever. An insatiable city perhaps? For a while, NYC did, but now I will be moving on to other places (mainly to get my MBA upstate), then San Francisco in 2014. My offices will remain in NYC on broadway and canal, so I can visit my three city clients. Thanks for the unique perpective on my life, I enjoyed it.
Jonofarn,
Keep on tumbling, ty for the kind words. I tend to only follow and “promote” (hate this word) when it is natural, organic, and also for the intrinsic pleasure. If I want to track other tumblr’s like yours I have a separate bookmark folder in Chrome for people I like to go through once a week and like bomb. It is nothing personal, but I only follow 10% of my followers, but make a point of checking out tumblr’s who have liked my photos and are active.
To elaborate, I just think it should never be asked….would you ask someone in real life to be your friend? No you would let it happen as you hang out and chill together.
Bottom line is to do things for you own happiness, not for the numbers or the followers or likes, and you will be the most popular person on tumblr (if that is what you want). For me it is about interacting with people I can learn from on here, and also a cathartic experience where I can publish my photos. Keep up the photography and get some more original content up, and maybe a set of series. Good luck!

A common ask from you all-
“What is my biggest fear…?”
For me it is waking up and thinking I may not take a great shot today. I will look trough my pics at the end of he day and none of them will take my breath away. That is my biggest fear. It is not about followers, likes, reblogs, or shares, it is about the intrinsic pleasure. Do it and everything for your self.
What are yours?
Welcome new followers! Feel free to ask questions about anything, even as anon. for those shy ones.
For those who asked I shoot with a Nikon J1, 10mm f2.8. Also I work in media & advertising and I live off turkey sandwiches, running and cycling. I travel more than I sleep and believe any new day you can have what you want.
I don’t. (Referring to last one) Otherwise just iPhoto & patience. #noedit

Where all will you be visitting in the most awesome subcontinent?
Mumabi, Goa, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore & I hope Varanasi… will be real life awesauce.
Jess you are right. So why am i an “asshole” anon? Is it because I left the big agencies of Madison Ave. to do media for nonprofits? Or it must be because once a week I buy a homeless person I pass by a turkey sandwich & a hot coffee (I am convinced this can make anyone’s day). Actually it must be because I spent my savings buying my mom her dream car. I am such an asshole, you are right.
Shame on me.
What one thing have you done for the past 15 years?
Dance? Cycle? Blog?

People quote me & it was a life long dream… I only do it when ppl repeat what I say or in fact “quote” me. So get over it and please un-follow. ty.
